Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that swimwear needs to fit perfectly, which is why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Our returns process is designed to be as supportive as our full-cup bikini tops!

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear tried on without protective underwear
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your return including:

  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Original tags and packaging
